I've finally worked out how to do level 04-09 - and now I've done it it's really easy. The end part of the level involves you having three lifts in the right places so you can carry an injured man between them. No matter how hard I tried, the lifts were always in the wrong place.
I've written up the first situation for the FAQ - I'll be submitting it to GameFAQs once I've got situation 02 done.
